My husband, David became a palliative care patient earlier this year. Because he was under the age of 65 there was very little help or support available for us at home. That all changed when out of the blue I received a phone call from Mingary Care.

The phone call was such a surprise and what Mingary Care could offer to help support David and I was nothing short of amazing. At that time we were paying for very expensive dressings which we were helped with, and we also received support in the home. 

Every week we would look forward to welcoming a warm, caring and kind person into our home to help.

Mingary Care and the people who work in this not for profit company are wonderful, compassionate people who were my little ray of sunshine every week. 

I can’t thank you all enough for what you did for David and I to make his last months at home more comfortable.
